He was wearing a black hooded jacket, whose hood he tried to use to hide his face. He had a small white bag with belongings in his hands.       Earlier Chelny-biz.ru reported that today searches were carried out at Mullin’s house in the Muslyumovsky district. According to the publication, the story may be connected to recruitment payments. It concerns tens of millions of rubles. The Ministry of Internal Affairs is handling the investigation. The case materials are with the sixth department for the investigation of particularly important cases of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the Republic of Tatarstan.

      Earlier security forces detained the head of the administrative and technical inspection department of the executive committee of the Nizhnekamsk district, Ildar Safiullin. He was suspected of embezzling money intended for contract soldiers of the SVO. The case concerned 100,000 rubles, which the republic pays for each person invited to contract service. Safiullin allegedly listed himself as an invitee. The case against him is being prepared for transfer to court for substantive consideration.
