Tatarstan's Ministry of Digital Development highlighted the key advantages of the MAX messenger.

      The domestic messenger MAX is presented not only as a means of communication but also as a secure digital ecosystem that unites personal, work-related and government interactions.

      This was stated on Business.FM by the Deputy Minister of Digital Development of the Republic of Tatarstan, Bulat Gabdrakhmanov. “The main question that arises among users — it’s no secret — is the question of security. This whole story with a national messenger was created so that there would be a space without scammers, a protected, safe and homegrown, domestic space,” he noted.

      Gabdrakhmanov emphasized that, unlike foreign messengers, MAX provides the ability to prevent fraudulent actions and protect users from them.

      “Apart from security, a major advantage of MAX lies in three simple things: First, your personal correspondences can be in this messenger, and you can also communicate for work. And in the same app there are official chats for school — for your class or for your school as a teacher. In that same chat there is communication about other areas,” he added.

      The second important aspect is exclusive services, including access to government services. The messenger provides the ability to interact with multifunctional service centers (MFCs), the State Services portal (Gosuslugi) and banks.

      “And the third advantage and uniqueness of the MAX messenger is that it contains an entity called a digital ID, meaning your digital documents are also in MAX: your student ID, your passport, your age verification or confirmation of certain benefits, such as large-family status, and others,” Gabdrakhmanov summarized.
