      Certificate holders only need to submit an application through the Gosuslugi portal or contact the regional client service of the SFR. The application is processed within 12 business days, after which the money is transferred within the next 5 days.

If a second child is born in the family (or the next child, if the right to maternity capital did not arise earlier), the amount increases to 912,162 rubles. These funds can be used to improve housing conditions, pay for the child’s education, form the mother’s funded pension, not the monthly payment for a child under three years,” added the Head of the SFR Branch for the Republic of Tatarstan Eduard Vafin.
