      Years of hard work have made it possible to create a modern, well-equipped system for preventing and eliminating emergency situations at various levels. Without the constant support of the leadership of EMERCOM of Russia, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, the Government and the State Council of the republic, the leadership of territorial bodies of federal structures and republican ministries and agencies, and local self-government bodies, such results would simply be impossible.

      The importance of the tasks demands exceptional competence from every employee and the unconditional fulfillment of their official duty.
