      Tatarstan's budget will be topped up by 481 billion rubles for 2025

      The budget of Tatarstan in 2025 shows significant growth, exceeding initial expectations. At the same time, local budget revenues are forecast at 105.8 billion rubles.

      By the end of the financial year, 586.7 billion rubles will be received into the republic's consolidated budget, which is substantially higher than the previously cited figure of 480.9 billion. This was announced at the final board meeting by Marat Faizrakhmanov, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, according to Tatar-inform.

      Financial figures for the first eleven months have already reached 529.9 billion rubles, confirming a positive trend. Local budget revenues for the same period are estimated at 105.8 billion rubles. The core of tax receipts, which make up about 80% of the revenue side, consists of four key sources.

      The leader is traditionally the personal income tax, with an annual volume forecast at 216.7 billion rubles. It is followed by corporate income tax with an expected 145.8 billion rubles. Significant amounts will also be provided by excise taxes (47.5 billion rubles) and corporate property tax (45.3 billion rubles). Revenues from the land tax will amount to 10.5 billion rubles.

      Non-tax revenues are listed separately, with a total volume of 69.5 billion rubles. Of this amount, 59.2 billion rubles will replenish the republican treasury, and 10.3 billion rubles will be directed to municipal budgets. Earlier it was reported that from January 1, 2026, pensioners of Tatarstan will receive a small increase in pension payments thanks to the planned indexation of insurance pensions. The indexation rate will be 7.6%. As a result, the average size of the insurance pension in the republic will increase by approximately 2,000 rubles.
