State Duma deputies congratulated the people of Tatarstan on the New Year.

      Deputies representing Tatarstan in the State Duma congratulated the residents of the republic on the upcoming New Year holiday.

      First Deputy Chair of the Committee on Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurship Alfiya Kogogina emphasized that the New Year is a beloved family holiday. "Today we think of those closest to us — our parents and children, to whom we wish above all health; of our brothers who are defending the Motherland in the course of the special military operation. We love you very much and support you in everything!" her greeting reads.

      She noted that, as we see off the year of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, which rightfully became the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland, we carefully preserve the memory of our heroic ancestors and take pride in the valiant heroes of today. "The year 2025 was not an easy one, but once again we proved to ourselves that we are a united people and can withstand the blows of trials, overcome difficulties, and therefore will move forward! To live, to win, to study well, to make the best cars in the world, to build roads, kindergartens and schools, cultural centers and renovate hospitals, to do everything so that the life of every resident of Tatarstan is comfortable and safe," she said.

      "Looking to the future, of course we hope for kind, joyful changes. May your most cherished dreams come true, and may everyone be healthy and happy! May our fellow soldiers return home victorious! And may the graduates of 2025 find interesting jobs! May the little ones go to kindergartens, first-graders be taught by the best teachers in comfortable, modern schools, and may young families have daughters and sons! May the dearest and closest people be by your side! May everything be well!" Alfiya Kogogina wished.

      Chair of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy Maxim Topilin separately noted how much people of Tatarstan await the return of their fighters. "I congratulate you on the upcoming New Year. I sincerely wish you robust health, happiness, prosperity and new achievements! May the new year bring new opportunities and unforgettable moments, and may your loved ones be a reliable support, encouragement and inspiration. Special words of gratitude and warm congratulations and wishes to our fighters and their families. I believe that the courage, selflessness and strength of spirit of our guys will allow them to return home with Victory. May each day bring this long-awaited moment closer! Together we are strong! Happy New Year!" the deputy said.

      Anatoly Ivanov is convinced that the New Year is a time of magic. "In these magical days our hearts are filled with gratitude, and we eagerly await miracles. No matter how old we are — we continue to believe in magic!" the parliamentarian emphasized.

      He admitted that he sees off 2025 with warmth and gratitude. "It was not an easy year for our country and for many families in Tatarstan, but at the same time it gave us many kind and bright moments. These are the openings of new facilities, athletes’ victories, achievements of young talents and the selflessness of volunteers! I am proud to have the opportunity to serve my native Tatarstan as a deputy of the State Duma. Despite the difficult geopolitical situation, the country’s leadership continues to fulfill its social support obligations to citizens and implements national projects aimed at improving infrastructure and quality of life in the regions," the deputy’s greeting says.

      Another year is drawing to a close — eventful, difficult, but in many ways decisive for our common movement forward, says deputy Ilya Volfson. "The outgoing year was a time of serious trials, responsible decisions and a large amount of joint work for all of us. Together we sought answers to difficult questions, supported one another and step by step strengthened the foundation for the country’s future development," he shared.

      The New Year is always a special milestone. A time to sum up, to assess the path traveled and to look forward with confidence, the parliamentarian notes.
