      In 2026, 50 republic-level programs will be implemented in Tatarstan with total funding of about 77 billion rubles, which will allow around 3,000 facilities to be built and modernized. This was reported by Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of Tatarstan.

      This year the ministry is overseeing five national projects and three state programs with funding of 17 billion rubles. Within their framework, the construction and renovation of 172 facilities is planned, including parks, schools and polyclinics.

      Among the key initiatives:

      • Improvement of 42 public spaces under the national project “Infrastructure for Life.”

      • Reclamation of Kazan’s sewage sludge fields under the “Environmental Well‑being” project.

      • Renovation of five polyclinics under the “Long and Active Life” project.

      Also, under the national project “Family,” two kindergartens will be built and six will be renovated, and libraries, theaters and schools of the arts will be upgraded.

      In housing construction, the commissioning of 3.175 million square meters of housing is planned, including social mortgages for 641 orphans and 21 large families.

      In housing and communal services, major repairs will affect 706 apartment buildings, and 561 adjacent yards will be improved under the “Our Yard” program with a budget of 10 billion rubles.

      At present, documentation is being prepared for tenders for all approved programs.
