      As Tatar-inform learned, the company employees were arrested on January 7 — both were placed under house arrest by the court.

      Tatar-inform reported that on January 4 the bodies of two 10-year-old boys were found in an open well in Mendeleevsk. The well, without a cover, was located next to an improvised sledding hill. The children fell into it after sliding down the hill. A criminal case was opened for improper provision of services. It turned out that the open well was on the balance sheet of AO RPO "Tatkommunenergo".
