      According to the Rosreestr of the republic, in June 2025, the Rosreestr of Tatarstan registered rights to 19.5 thousand land plots. This is 11% more than in May (17.6 thousand plots). The Rosreestr of Tatarstan recorded a sharp increase in interest in land real estate – in June 2025, the number of registered plots reached 19.5 thousand, which is 11% more than in May. Compared to June of last year, the increase was 10.7%, the press service of the agency reports. The traditional spring-summer surge in activity in the real estate market is particularly noticeable this year in the land segment. "This is a seasonal trend, but this year we are observing a particularly pronounced increase in demand for land plots," noted Lilia Burganova, deputy head of the Rosreestr Office for the Republic of Tatarstan. At the same time, the total number of real estate transactions in June amounted to 11.2 thousand, writes Kazanfirst. In addition, the agency noted that the regional housing market showed more modest growth. According to current data, as of the end of June, 3.6 thousand purchase and sale agreements for housing were registered in the republic. This figure, as clarified by the press service, is 76 transactions more than in the previous month (3,616 in May and 3,692 in June). According to the vice president of the Guild of Realtors of Tatarstan, Ruslan Sadreev, the trend of increasing the number of transactions in the real estate market will continue at least until the end of 2025. As RBC Tatarstan reports, since the beginning of the current year, more than 2.4 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in the region, which is 69% of the declared plan, said the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities of the republic, Marat Aizatullin. In the individual housing sector, about 1.7 million square meters were built, and in the commercial segment – 456 thousand square meters.
