       The Republic of Tatarstan continues to increase grain exports. A new batch of high-quality wheat, totaling almost 4 thousand tons, has been shipped for delivery to Vietnam.

       The quality of the new harvest grain from Tatarstan has been confirmed by strict laboratory tests. Specialists from the branch of the "Center for Grain Quality Assessment and Its Processing Products" (FGBU "TsOK APK") in the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a full range of studies, including checking for quarantine objects and fumigating the batches. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan. "According to the conclusions issued by the branch of FGBU 'TsOK APK' in the Republic of Tatarstan, no quarantine objects were found, and the specified batches of grain and its processing products met the requirements of the destination country," said the head of the inspection body of the branch, Svetlana Belova. Experts checked the compliance of the products with the requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs Union TR TS 015/2011 "On the Safety of Grain," GOST 9353-2016 "Wheat. Technical Conditions," as well as the terms of the contract and specific requirements of the importing countries. The batch of grain will be delivered by a riverboat to the port of "Kavkaz" for further transshipment. A complete set of documents has been prepared for export, including a phytosanitary quarantine certificate, safety, quality, health, radiological, NON-GMO certificates, and test protocols. Since the beginning of navigation, under the control of the TsOK APK branch, 70 riverboats with grain totaling more than 197.3 thousand tons have already been sent from Tatarstan. Wheat has become the main export crop, accounting for 68% of the total volume of supplies. As reported earlier, barley production in Tatarstan has increased by 30%.
