A pack of dogs attacked a woman with a child in Zelenodolsk.

      In Zelenodolsk, another incident involving aggressive stray dogs has been recorded. A pack of about seven animals attacked a local resident and her three-year-old daughter near the railway station, reports Tatarstan News. According to the victim, the attack occurred in the morning as they were heading to kindergarten. Upon seeing people, the dogs rushed towards them barking. The woman had to grab her child from the sled and run to the pedestrian bridge, pursued by the pack. Two of the animals even managed to block their path, waiting at the exit. "I had to shout at them and fend them off with my feet and the sled to protect my child... My child and I are still in shock," shared the city dweller. The family was saved only by the quick arrival of her husband. This is not the first case of animal aggression in this area. Previously, stray dogs mauled a girl. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, she died.

      In light of the tragedy, residents on January 14 sent a collective appeal to the administration of the Zelenodolsk district demanding immediate safety measures.
