In Tatarstan, preparations for the festival "Our Time - Безнең заман" are starting.

      From February 6 to 8, the VIII creative gathering of working youth of the Republic of Tatarstan will take place at the Youth Center "Volga" in the Laishevsky district. This is a traditional seminar-training, which is a key stage in the preparation for the upcoming XIV annual open republican television festival of creativity for working youth "Our Time - Безнең заман", held with the support of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The gathering will bring together the most active and talented representatives of labor collectives from across the republic. The application campaign for participation is currently ongoing. Over the years, the event has established itself as an effective platform for creative growth, networking, and forming a united team for the future festival. As emphasized by the project leader Aidar Gainutdinov, the uniqueness of the gathering lies in its special atmosphere of continuity and mutual support. Here, newcomers who are just discovering the big stage meet experienced participants of the festival movement who have long become part of a large creative family. This synthesis allows novice artists to quickly integrate into the process, gain valuable practical skills from leading mentors of the republic, and step onto the festival stage with the confidence of professionals. The program of the gathering consists of an intensive three-day workshop. After a strategic discussion of the preparations at a thematic round table, participants will attend a team-building training session led by business coach Dina Arzamastseva. The secrets of stage mastery, mise-en-scène, and gesture will be shared by the honored artist of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Republic of Crimea, artistic director of the Art Residency "Созвездие-Йолдызлык", director Dmitry Platonov. Also, on the first day, a motivational meeting with the grand prize winners of past years' festivals is planned. The second day will be fully dedicated to creative laboratories: acting and stage mastery under the guidance of the honored artist of RT, associate professor of the Department of Theater Creativity at the Faculty of Theater, Cinema, and Television of KazGIK, director Azat Zaripov, honored artist of RT and the Republic of Crimea Dmitry Platonov, chief director of the theater "Созвездие-Йолдызлык", member of the Union of Theater Workers of the Russian Federation Alexander Tumanov, vocal art from the honored artist of RT, musical editor of the Kazan City Philharmonic, laureate of international competitions and festivals, soloist of the group "Зуляйля" Laysan Zakirova, and choreography from the teacher-choreographer of the dance theater studio "Road from the City", soloist of the ballet troupe of the theater "Созвездие-Йолдызлык" Guzel Khamidullina. The culmination of the educational program will be a final master class from the Laureate of the Government of the Russian Federation Prize in the field of culture, honored figure of arts of RT and the Republic of Crimea, member of the Union of Theater Workers of Russia, honorary mentor of the Russian Federation, general producer of the Festival Dmitry Tumanov and chief director of the theater "Созвездие-Йолдызлык", member of the Union of Theater Workers of the Russian Federation Alexander Tumanov, who will reveal the subtleties of creating a truly bright and holistic performance.

      Thus, as the organizers note, the gathering is not just training, but a significant event that sets the creative vector and the highest quality standards for the entire upcoming festival season, uniting the working youth of Tatarstan in the pursuit of professional creative growth.
