      The unemployment rate in the capital of Tatarstan remains at a historically low level of 0.19%, which has remained unchanged for many months. This was reported by the director of the Employment Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, Timur Mullin, at a business Monday meeting in the city hall. "The number of officially registered unemployed as of January was 1,289 people," Mullin stated. "The situation in the labor market is not easy. This is due to the demographic hole of the 1990s, the current shortage of young specialists, and the challenges of a sanctions economy. Almost all sectors are experiencing a personnel shortage," noted Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin. He emphasized that city institutions and enterprises are no exception, especially when it comes to young, novice specialists. At the same time, Metshin highlighted that there is an opportunity to gain experience in budgetary institutions. "You need to have patience, a desire to serve people, and be part of a team. It is very important to work with the personnel reserve," the mayor added.
