In 2026, more than 1000 veterans of the Special Military Operation from 60 regions of Russia will participate in the "My Business" program.

      The goal of the program is to help veterans of the special operation and their family members adapt to civilian life through entrepreneurial activities. In 2026, more than 1,000 veterans of the special military operation and their family members from 60 regions of Russia will be able to participate in the federal program "My Business," organized by the United Russia party, OPORA RUSSIA, and the SME Corporation. As part of the project, participants will receive the necessary knowledge and skills to start and develop their own businesses, develop business plans, and begin their implementation with the support of experienced mentors. The goal of the program is to help veterans of the special operation and their family members adapt to civilian life through entrepreneurial activities. In the first quarter of 2026, the "My Business" program will take place in the Republic of Dagestan, Novosibirsk, Voronezh, Lipetsk, Arkhangelsk, Rostov, Leningrad, Oryol regions, Moscow, Krasnodar, and Stavropol territories, as well as in the Karachay-Cherkess and Chuvash republics, and the Republic of Adygea. "Launched in March last year, the program has already united more than 750 veterans of the special operation and their family members from 35 regions of the country. In several regions, several cohorts have already taken place. We see the effectiveness of this initiative: 45% of participants either opened a business or took their business to a new level. Its usefulness and positive feedback from our veterans predetermined the decision to continue," noted Alfiya Kogogina, the first deputy chair of the State Duma Committee on Small and Medium Entrepreneurship and federal coordinator of the United Russia project "Entrepreneurship." In each region, the program will consist of a five-day intensive course dedicated to the basics of entrepreneurship. Participants will receive practical knowledge on financial, legal, tax, marketing, and other business management issues. The support system for program participants is structured to help them build a continuous trajectory—from generating business ideas to making their first sales.

      For veterans of the special military operation, a joint guarantee from the SME Corporation and regional guarantee organizations applies when obtaining loans from state microfinance organizations up to 5 million rubles and bank loans up to 50 million rubles. In addition, in many microfinance organizations, microloans with rates starting from 1% per annum are available for participants of the special operation. Applications for participation in the "My Business" program can be submitted through the Digital Platform MSP.RF.
