      The implementation involves employees from all interested agencies. Special attention is paid to facilities in the construction sector, wholesale and retail trade, public catering, and transport enterprises. Monitoring the migration situation in the region is one of the priority tasks of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan. In the first three days of the "Illegal Migrant" events, 575 violations of migration legislation were recorded in the region. Among them: 101 related to illegal stay in Russia; 68 related to illegal employment, 241 related to violations of the stay regime in the Russian Federation, 76 related to violations by the host party, 27 related to violations of document submission rules, and 62 related to violations by employers. Currently, all foreign violators have been subjected to administrative penalties in the form of fines ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 rubles. In addition, individuals residing in Russia illegally will be deported. Regarding employers who allowed illegal employment, materials under Part 1 and Part 3 of Article 18.15 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation have been sent to court. They face penalties ranging from 250,000 to 400,000 rubles.
