Interaction of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan with the chambers of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan

      Today, a seminar was held in Kazan dedicated to the current issues of joint work between the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of Tatarstan and the chambers of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan. The first deputy minister, Arthur Galiyev, delivered an opening speech, emphasizing the strategic importance of interaction between municipal and regional structures. Rashid Akhunov, head of the mobilization training and special programs department of the Cabinet of Ministers, presented an overview of the work of local self-government bodies during a special period. Deputy Minister of Economy Dinar Shakirov spoke about the work of the Unified Coordination Office, its role in the system of municipal entities, and its significance for improving Tatarstan's position in the National Investment Climate Rating. Special attention was paid to measures to improve the investment climate: the efficiency of the procedures for registering land plots in the cadastre and the quality of territorial planning. This was discussed by the head of the state registration of real estate department, Svetlana Potapova, and the deputy head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography for RT, Niyaz Galiakbarov. Svetlana Potapova also presented a report on the implementation of the list of assignments aimed at improving the indicators in the rating of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives by municipal entities. Zul'fat Galyautdinov, head of the legal department of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations, reported on changes in legislation in the field of land and property relations. Yulia Usanova, deputy head of the Department of Territorial Development, spoke about the peculiarities of developing and approving urban planning documentation. Issues regarding the provision of land plots to large families and the new procedure for converting agricultural land into another category were also discussed. The event concluded with a report on the repayment of debts for housing and communal services for orphans, in which the chairman of the Chamber of Property and Land Relations of the Sabinsky municipal district, Alim Galiullin, participated. The seminar ended with a lively dialogue: participants asked questions, shared observations, and proposed specific solutions. The event became a platform for exchanging experiences between municipal and regional structures, allowing for the development of a unified vector for the development of land and property relations and strengthening cooperation.
