       As of the end of January and February of the current year, the budget system of the Republic of Tatarstan received 84.5 billion rubles, which includes tax and non-tax types of income.

      

       According to the statement by Alla Anfimova, Deputy Head of the Republican Ministry of Finance, the regional budget of Tatarstan received 71.1 billion rubles, while local budgets received 13.4 billion rubles, as stated on the official website of the department. The main source of replenishment of the treasury was the personal income tax, which accounted for 29.6 billion rubles. Compared to the same period last year, personal income tax revenues increased by 21.6%, which is associated with the growth of the average salary in the region. The profit tax amounted to 17.8 billion rubles but showed a decrease of 24%. Property taxes brought in 15.8 billion rubles, and non-tax revenues totaled 11.6 billion rubles. A significant increase was demonstrated in excise tax revenues, which amounted to 8.2 billion rubles – one billion more than last year's figures due to increased sales and higher rates. More than a quarter of all revenues (29.8%) came from the oil and gas sector. In second place is the construction sector (13.1%), and in third place is the electric power industry (20.8%). Consolidated budget expenditures for the two months amounted to 66.8 billion rubles (9.5% of the annual plan). A total of 3.3 billion rubles was allocated for the implementation of 11 national projects. The largest share of expenditures is allocated to the social sphere: education received 29%, social policy – 13%, and healthcare – 9%. Funding for all planned expenditures, including salaries and social obligations, has been fully secured. The main part of Tatarstan's state debt consists of federal budget loans – 90.1 billion rubles, while the remaining 8 billion rubles are state guarantees of the republic. It was previously reported that in 2026, the continuation of the implementation of programs for the capital repair of apartment buildings and the renewal of communal infrastructure is planned in the Republic of Tatarstan.
