      Citizens' receptions took place in the Regional and local public reception offices of the Chairman of the "United Russia" party. During the day of free legal assistance, notaries, lawyers, and specialists from the ministries and departments of the republic answered questions from the residents of Tatarstan. A total of more than 240 residents of our republic received assistance. Also on this day, students from the Kazan branch of the All-Russian State University of Justice – a partner of the "Unified" project, which is implemented by the Public Support Headquarters of "United Russia" in Tatarstan, got acquainted with the work of specialists receiving citizens. Most often, residents of Tatarstan sought clarifications in the areas of social support, pension legislation, issues related to participation in the special military operation, alimony collection, as well as land disputes. Specialists consulted all who applied and provided explanations. One of the most memorable cases was the story of a special military operation fighter from the Yutazinsky district. The man sustained a serious injury while performing combat tasks, as a result of which he now moves in a wheelchair. Despite this, a criminal case was initiated against him under Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (unauthorized abandonment of a unit or place of service). During the period attributed to the fighter, he was undergoing treatment, which is confirmed by medical documents. He needed help in drafting a statement to the court to terminate the criminal case. Specialists took the appeal under control, studied the presented evidence, and began preparing the necessary documents. Now the defender of the Fatherland has a chance to remove the unfounded charges and continue his recovery after the injury. As noted by the lawyer of the Public Reception Office, Ekaterina Buchinskaya, anyone who finds themselves in a difficult life situation or needs qualified clarification of legislation can seek help.
