The choreographic group "Legend" celebrated its 25th anniversary
On their birthday, they are once again on stage, and the hall is once again full. So, it's already 25 years. At the origins of the choreographic group "Legend" was Natalia Yakovleva. Artistic director, founder, inspirer, and the soul of the group. Today, under her attentive guidance, 134 children and, what is especially valuable, 28 mothers are engaged. In "Legend," families dance together. The repertoire of "Legend" is a kaleidoscope of genres. Folk dances, classics, contemporary choreography, and variety performances. The anniversary concert became a true gift for all who love dance. The group is known far beyond the borders of Tatarstan. They have performed on various stages, captivating audiences with their skill, emotionality, and that special energy that distinguishes a true "Legend." When asked where the inspiration for new performances comes from, Natalia Yakovleva admits that the brightest plots come to her in dreams. Mothers and children, experienced artists, and the youngest participants — all of them make up one big dance family. And many of them, having joined the group once, have stayed here to this day.
25 years is only the halfway point. Ahead are new plots, new dreams that will turn into dances, and new audiences who will applaud standing. Because a true "Legend" has no age. It simply continues.
