      Students immerse themselves in the academic environment as part of the inter-campus mobility program.

      A group of students from the Kazan Federal University branch in Jizzakh is undergoing a short-term internship organized at the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology and the Institute of Geology and Oil and Gas Technologies. Program participants attend lectures and practical laboratory classes. "Currently, around 1,000 students are studying at the KFU branch in Jizzakh across 10 educational programs. We see our task as integrating the branch into collaborative work, strengthening interaction with it and other campuses, including developing inter-campus academic mobility programs so that the best students and teachers can undergo internships, improve their qualifications, or continue their studies in Kazan," noted the Director of the External Relations Department, Olga Vershinina. Today, students visited the main building of KFU and also toured the Museum of the History of Kazan University. A meeting with representatives of the Youth Policy Department took place at the cultural and sports complex "UNIX." Participants were informed about the activities of student associations, volunteer work, the KFU Student Trade Union Organization, events, and competitions in which students from the KFU branch in Jizzakh can also participate. "We are waiting for you at the 'Student Spring' festival, which will take place on April 24. This year, a dance group from your branch will participate. We are very glad that you have started to take an active part in the 'Student of the Year' competition. You have many directions, and KVN is developing excellently. We want to adopt your experience," addressed the students Natalia Gizatullina, head of the cultural and mass work organization department of the Youth Policy Department. Participants shared how student life in Jizzakh is going and expressed their impressions of the trip to Kazan. "The impressions from KFU are very positive. There is a very strong educational base in medicine, physics, and chemistry here. We attend lectures on physiology and perform laboratory work. We also participate in additional training on providing first aid. We really like the international environment and atmosphere at the university and in Kazan itself. The knowledge we gain here is of international level; it will help us in our future profession," said second-year student Kamila Baibekova, majoring in "Medical Affairs."

      The internship program will last until April 7. Upon completion, students will receive certificates of successful completion of the training program. Over the weekend, students will visit the KFU Planetarium. "The best teachers give lectures here. There is a sincere desire to stay, re-enroll, and study in Kazan. We attend specialized classes in dentistry and see that the quality of education is indeed very high.
