The zonal stage of the festival "Constellation - Yoldyzlyk" took place in Apastovo.

      From March 28 to 29, the urban-type settlement of Apastovo became the venue for the next zonal stage of the XXVI Annual Open Republican Television Youth Festival of Variety Art "Constellation - Yoldyzlyk". During the two competition days, the District House of Culture hosted about 1800 participants from the Apastovsky, Buinsky, Kaibitsky, Kamsko-Ustyinsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Verkhneuslonsky, and Tetyushsky districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. Approximately 240 creative performances were presented to the jury in the categories of "Vocal", "Choreography", and "Conference". Most performances were dedicated to the theme of military and labor heroism — the courage of the defenders of the Fatherland and the selfless work of rear workers from different generations. The grand opening of the festival took place with the participation of representatives of government bodies, public organizations, and the education and culture sectors. The Deputy Head of the Executive Committee for Social Affairs of the Apastovsky District, Gulyusa Gallyamova, called the festival "a celebration of spring, kindness, and unity" and wished the participants successful performances. The chair of the jury, People's Artist of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, Zilya Sungatullina, noted the special cultural significance of the Apastovsky District as the birthplace of the outstanding Tatar singer and composer Sara Sadykova: "Her creativity is filled with national color and soulfulness, and remains a source of our pride." The festival's general producer, Dmitry Tumanov, emphasized the importance of preserving national traditions: "The Apastovsky District is the heart of the republic, where culture is carefully preserved and passed down from generation to generation. Today it is revealed in the talents of our children." The zonal stage concluded with a bright gala concert, which gathered a full hall of spectators — parents, teachers, friends of the participants, and all admirers of children's creativity. The head of the Apastovsky municipal district, Ayrat Ziganshin, addressed the guests with a welcoming speech: "The festival is not just a creative event, but an important part of the upbringing of the younger generation. It helps to form educated, talented, and spiritually developed individuals." As part of the gala concert, the best numbers from the competition program were presented, and a ceremony was held to award the winners. The laureates of the zonal stage received diplomas and commemorative prizes, as well as invitations to the Super Final of the festival, which will take place in Kazan from April 11 to 16 at the KFU "UNICS" Sports and Culture Complex. Zilya Sungatullina noted that the festival has contributed to the preservation of cultural traditions and the development of talents for over 25 years: "The children of 'Constellation' are our future, which already today demonstrates a high level of skill." Dmitry Tumanov emphasized the significance of spiritual and moral education through art and thanked everyone who supports the festival movement — from the leadership of the republic to teachers and parents.

      The gala concert concluded with a joint performance of the festival anthem "Constellation - Yoldyzlyk," uniting all participants and spectators. The festival is held under the personal patronage of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and under the auspices of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO, being a unique cultural project aimed at developing the creative potential of children and youth.
