24 people injured in the fire at the Nizhnekamsk Chemical Plant remain in hospitals, 10 are in serious condition.

      According to the Russian Ministry of Health, 24 people continue to receive treatment, TASS reports. The condition of 10 of them is assessed by doctors as serious, while the others are in moderate and mild condition. The patients are placed in federal medical centers, as well as in hospitals in Moscow, Kazan, and Nizhnekamsk. Two of the injured, who were previously in intensive care, have been transferred to regular wards. Recall that the fire at "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" occurred on March 31. The cause was identified as the ignition of a gas mixture during the elimination of the consequences of equipment depressurization. Three people died, 22 were hospitalized, and a total of 72 were injured. All patients are receiving the necessary assistance, and telemedicine consultations are being conducted.
