A preliminary inspection of apartment buildings participating in the 2026 capital repair program has been conducted.

      As part of the preparation for the implementation of the regional program for the major repair of common property in apartment buildings (MCD) for 2026, the General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise "Unified Customer Service" Zamir Ramilievich Nizamiev conducted an on-site inspection of all facilities planned for inclusion in the program for the upcoming period. The purpose of the event was to determine the current volumes of work, assess the technical condition of structural elements and engineering systems of buildings, as well as clarify the estimate documentation before the start of repair work. In 2026, major repairs will be carried out in 10 apartment buildings located in the territory of the Sabinsky district. The complete list of addresses includes:

      Following the inspection, a list of works to be carried out in these MCDs as part of the major repair was approved. Among them are:

      - Repair of entrances (including restoration of wall, ceiling, and floor finishes, replacement of window and door fillings in common areas, repair of lighting fixtures and electrical equipment);

      - Repair of ventilation ducts and chimneys (ensuring proper draft, sealing of joints and seams, eliminating blockages and malfunctions, restoring the operability of systems for the safe operation of gas equipment and regulatory air exchange).
