The prosecutor's office of the Tukayevsky district checked compliance with land legislation in the territory of the Azymushkinsky rural settlement. The reason for this was the opening of a bath complex by a local resident. The woman owns a plot of land designated for individual housing construction. However, she began to use the territory for purposes other than intended. Instead of building a residential house on the plot, she organized and launched a commercial facility – a bath complex. In response to the violations, the prosecutor's office conducted supervisory activities. An administrative case was initiated against the landowner. The woman did not admit her guilt, but the department of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography for the republic supported the prosecutor's position.
