      The State Duma adopted a law expanding the list of incomes that cannot be seized under an enforcement document. Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Small and Medium Entrepreneurship, Coordinator of the federal project "Entrepreneurship" of the "United Russia" party, Alfiya Kogogina commented: "Veterans of the special operation after injury, people with disabilities in case of falling into a difficult financial situation should not lose the money that the state returned to them for prosthetics or technical rehabilitation means. This is social support, and it should be used for its intended purpose." The law expands the list of types of income that cannot be seized in the course of enforcement proceedings against a debtor citizen, adding the following types of compensation: for independently purchased technical rehabilitation means and corresponding services by a disabled person until January 1, 2025, or for independently purchased prosthetics (excluding dental), prosthetic-orthopedic products, and corresponding services by a veteran until January 1, 2025; expenses of a disabled person, veteran, accompanying person for travel to the place of obtaining or manufacturing technical rehabilitation means and prosthetic-orthopedic products and back; expenses of a disabled person for the maintenance and veterinary care of guide dogs; expenses for the travel of a disabled person, accompanying person to the place of obtaining a guide dog and back, including expenses for transporting the guide dog. From September 1, 2026, for individuals paying a citizen's salary, for whom restrictions have been established and which cannot be seized, there is an obligation to indicate in the calculation documents the seized amount of funds (in case the enforcement document is received by the specified individuals). Violation of the requirements entails liability provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

      The law will come into force 10 days after its official publication.
