      Today in Kazan, at the site of the Headquarters for Public Support of the Republic of Tatarstan, an expert session of women deputies titled "Women's Priority" was held to discuss and gather proposals for the People's Program of the "United Russia" Party. The moderator of the meeting, which took place via video conference, was the head of the association of women deputies "Märhämät-Miloserdiye," Alsu Nabiyeva.       Opening the session, Alsu Nabiyeva noted that the deputy corps at all levels faces an important and responsible task – to gather proposals for the People's Program of the "United Russia" party from a wide range of citizens, public organizations, the expert community, and, of course, active youth. "It is especially important that this work reflects the 'women's voice,' balanced, socially oriented, based on the real needs of people," emphasized Alsu Nabiyeva. "The women's agenda today is integrated into the key areas of the People's Program, covering the most sensitive and significant spheres of society's life, such as support for participants of the Special Military Operation and their families, care for every needy person, strong families, human health, rural development, traditions, and more."

      Alsu Nabiyeva reminded that Tatarstan was the first region to create its commission for the implementation of the People's Program, which includes representatives from ministries, departments of the republic, and municipal entities of Tatarstan. "The People's Program is a document that allows for the development of absolutely all areas of our life, which is constantly being amended, supplemented, and corrected," emphasized State Duma deputy Tatyana Larionova. "The program is formed based on the proposals of citizens of the country, has strength, authority, and yields results."

      Tatyana Larionova elaborated on the results of the current People's Program of the "United Russia" party. According to her, in Tatarstan, by 2025, 713 facilities have been renovated under national projects, totaling 15 billion rubles. These include new schools, kindergartens, resource centers, clinics, rural health posts, and other social facilities. In forming the People's Program, Tatyana Larionova suggested that the participants of the expert session consider in more detail issues such as support for veterans of the Special Military Operation and their families, the condition of educational institutions for children with disabilities, the need for repairs in clinics, as well as the development of youth centers.

      Member of the association of women deputies "Märhämät-Miloserdiye," chair of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan Elena Kuzmicheva spoke about the proposals received for the People's Program from organizations in the republic and labor collectives of Tatarstan. According to her, the collection of proposals began in January of this year. They include areas such as the right to free vocational education, advanced science, the material and technical base of educational institutions, labor remuneration, demographic issues, and women's health. "The People's Program must necessarily include areas such as preserving and strengthening the health of working individuals and creating a healthy lifestyle," noted Elena Kuzmicheva.

      During the expert session, proposals for the People's Program were put forward by representatives of the municipal entities of Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, as well as the Alexeyevsky, Aksubaevsky, and Zelenodolsky districts. They concern the creation of accessible environments, centers for patriotic education, major repairs of dormitories and crisis centers for women in difficult life situations, as well as other issues.
