      The results of processing these proposals were presented at a meeting of the Expert Council chaired by Dmitry Medvedev. Through the online platform, about 130,000 proposals were collected, grouped into five thematic areas. The largest block - "The Organization of the Largest Country in the World" - includes 44,000 initiatives on healthcare, education, housing and communal services, ecology, and the creation of an accessible environment. Issues of labor productivity and personnel policy combined 30,000 proposals, cultural and value tasks - 24,000, demographic challenges - 23,000. A separate section is dedicated to defense technology sovereignty (12,000 initiatives). Support for participants in the special military operation is integrated into all sections of the program: from medical rehabilitation to assistance in employment and housing provision. To collect proposals, the party held a series of regional and district forums. In the context of the election campaign, the geography and intensity of events will expand, which is expected to increase the total volume of submissions to millions of initiatives. Among the most requested topics, citizens mention accessibility of medicine, support for families with children, road quality, the state of communal infrastructure, and environmental safety. At the same time, a technological block of the program is being developed with a planning horizon until 2050, in the creation of which leading scientific centers and industrial companies are participating. Special attention is paid to the development of rental housing, comprehensive development of territories, and support for small businesses. In Tatarstan, the collection of proposals continues: about 6,000 initiatives from the republic have already been accounted for in the 2021 program. The regional branch of the party conducts thematic forums, round tables, and meetings with various groups of the population. The acceptance of proposals will last until August. The final program of the party will consist of two parts: an electoral plan for solving current tasks for the upcoming parliamentary cycle and a strategic document with ideological guidelines for the development of Russia. The conceptual framework is planned to be presented in June, and the people's program for the five-year period - by August, by the second stage of the party congress.

      The Expert Council, which includes Heroes of Russia, participants of the special military operation, representatives of science, high-tech industries, business, and public organizations, is involved in the work on the program.
