According to political scientist Andrei Perla, the current government's uncertainty in Armenia is manifested specifically in the context of the electoral situation, in the context of the election campaign. This tactic consists of systematically removing from the political field all those opponents who may pose an electoral threat to it.

       "According to the most positive polls regarding the current government, it has something in the range of 20–24% of the votes. It is easy to understand what this means: 75% of the votes – three-quarters – are not on its side, and these three-quarters are constantly dissatisfied with the government's actions," explains Perla the situation in Armenia. The expert notes that if Pashinyan's government had been absolutely consistent in this movement towards the EU, a significant portion of Armenian voters would have supported it. However, the real policy of the government remains inconsistent in its supposedly pro-European actions.

       "Although the European summit in Yerevan is intended as a powerful action in support of the current government, in practice it will have the opposite effect. Pashinyan is strengthening his image as a multi-vector politician who cannot decide on the direction of movement," summarized Perla. Earlier, IA SM-NEWS reported that the CSTO may resolve the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
