       In Tatarstan, 117 people were fined for gas violations: they did not allow inspectors in and changed equipment on their own. More than 300 people have been fined for not allowing gas workers into their apartments.

       From January to March of this year, 117 people were fined a total of 671 thousand rubles in Tatarstan. As reported by the State Housing Inspection of the republic, the sanctions affected not only apartment owners but also representatives of gas services. According to the source, the most common violation recorded this year was the refusal of residents to allow gas service employees into their apartments. Specialists identified 376 such cases, and the total amount of fines for this violation is 409 thousand rubles. Experts clarify that by refusing specialists, residents risk not only receiving a fine but also their lives, as well as the safety of the entire building. Following in the number of fines is the evasion of signing a maintenance contract (44 cases, fines – 206 thousand rubles). Without a contract, gas equipment is not inspected by specialists, which can lead to serious consequences. In addition, during inspections, gas workers recorded unauthorized replacement of equipment and re-planning of premises in violation of gas regulations. However, such cases are not frequent. The report states that the head of the Verkhneuslonsky district gas operation section of Gazprom Transgaz Kazan was fined 25 thousand rubles for improper maintenance of in-house equipment. As noted by "Evening Kazan," by the end of 2025, due to violations of gas regulations, 68 people were affected, and four died. It was previously reported that four people became victims of a traffic accident involving a tractor in the Alkeyevsky district. According to the Prosecutor's Office of Tatarstan, another passenger of the car is in the hospital. After some time, reports emerged about the death of the injured person in the hospital.
