Almost 100 schoolchildren have become young naturalists!

      Today at the Lyceum named after Hero of the Soviet Union G. K. Kamaleev in the village of Novoe Shigaleevo, Pestrechinsky District, a ceremony was held to dedicate schoolchildren as young naturalists. The students were welcomed by Nail Nazarov, head of the Department of Mineral Resources and Water Resources of the Ministry of Ecology, Guzel Idrisova, leading specialist of the Environmental Education Department, and Rustam Farkhullin, head of the Youth Department of the Russian Geographical Society in the Republic of Tatarstan. Ministry officials addressed the young ecologists with words of encouragement and wished them success in studying and preserving the nature of their homeland. On this day, 82 schoolchildren joined the ranks of young naturalists — future defenders of the environment and researchers of Tatarstan's natural resources. It should be noted that since 2018, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society, has been working to involve schoolchildren in the movement of young naturalists. Currently, there are about three thousand young naturalists in Tatarstan.
