Specialists from Zainsk underwent training on working with youth in Kazan.

      The team of the Municipal Institution "Department for Youth Affairs" became a participant in a two-day advanced training course. The training brought together 170 specialists from all over Tatarstan.

      In Kazan, at the youth center "Helicopter," two-day advanced training courses titled "Working with Personnel in the Field of Youth Policy: From New Professional Standards to Best Practices" took place. The event was held on April 16 and 17. Participants included 170 specialists from all districts of the republic, including the team from the Municipal Institution "Department for Youth Affairs" of Zainsk.

      The training was launched by the Minister for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Kadyrov. He noted that the field of youth policy is entering a qualitatively new stage. The updated federal law and new professional standards require a targeted and personalized approach to each young person. The minister specifically highlighted Tatarstan's initiative for the employment of students from the second year of universities — this norm is already enshrined in the professional standard.

      The first day of training was dedicated to theory and strategy. A key event was the presentation by Nikolai Bazhitov, the director of the Youth Institute from Moscow. He presented the new standard "Specialist in Youth Work" not as a dry regulation but as a working tool for career growth. Together with federal experts, participants discussed the identity of modern students, digital security, methods of combating manipulation, patriotic education on the internet, and fundraising tools.

      The second day was entirely devoted to practice. Crisis psychologist Anastasia Kovaleva — a member of the Council under the Commissioner for Children's Rights under the President of the Russian Federation and an expert of the State Duma — conducted a workshop on preventive work with adolescents. Using real examples, specialists practiced algorithms for interagency interaction, methods for working with vulnerable categories, and crisis support tools.

      Over two days of intensive work, specialists completed 16 hours of the program. Upon completion of the course, all participants received certificates of advanced training. The knowledge gained will allow the team from Zainsk to implement advanced working methods and make youth policy in the district more effective and modern.
