      The Leninogorsk City Prosecutor's Office conducted an inspection of labor law compliance at LLC "Delosyre". This was reported by the supervisory authority. From December 2025 to March 2026, the organization's director had a real opportunity to pay salaries but directed the profits to other needs. A debt of over 8.5 million rubles for salaries and severance payments arose for 80 employees. It was also found that employees were not provided with personal protective equipment. The prosecutor's office issued a presentation to the director and initiated an administrative case against him under part 4 of article 5.27.1 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation for failing to provide employees with personal protective equipment. The inspection materials were sent to the investigative authorities. A criminal case was opened against him under part 2 of article 145.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (complete non-payment of salaries for more than two months). Currently, employees have been provided with personal protective equipment. The progress of the criminal investigation and the restoration of citizens' labor rights is being monitored by the prosecutor's office.
