      On the morning of April 24, the dispatch of three servicemen took place, two of whom are local residents. Two residents of Bugulma and one from the Vladimir region signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. They were sent off today in a solemn atmosphere in the presence of relatives, friends, and honored guests. The dispatch took place in the courtyard of the Bugulma military enlistment office. The deputy head of the executive committee of the Bugulma Municipal District for social issues, Ilgam Sagitov, greeted the fighters on behalf of the city leadership: "I want to express my gratitude for your true manly choice, for setting the right example for the younger generation. I wish you good health, take care of yourselves! Loyal comrades in service and good commanders. We are waiting for you back on your native land alive, healthy, and victorious!" The departing servicemen were blessed by the head of the department for interaction with law enforcement agencies and the Armed Forces of the Almetyevsk Diocese, Archpriest Evgeny Romanov, Imam-Khatib of the Central Mosque Bayazit Hazrat Raupov, and a representative of the Azerbaijani diaspora, Sharafat Melik oglu Akhadov. The military commissar of Bugulma, Rafael Minnetdinov, addressed the relatives and friends of the servicemen, talked about the support measures provided by the state, and explained where to turn for everyday and service-related issues. At the end of the rally, Rafael Shamilievich traditionally thanked the honored guests, students of the cadet boarding school, and journalists from the Bugulma branch of AO "Tatmedia," who are always present at the dispatches of servicemen.

      The military commissar also handed the men letters from young Bugulma residents with kind words and wishes.
