This applies to: April 30 (before May 1), May 8 (before May 9), May 26 (before Kurban Bayram). Total days off in May 2026: from May 1 to May 3 inclusive; from May 9 to May 11 inclusive; May 27 (separate day off). Thus, in May, Russians and residents of Tatarstan will have three breaks: long May "holidays" at the beginning of the month, then a three-day break in honor of Victory Day, and an additional day off at the end of the month - for Kurban Bayram.
