      The competitions featured 11 family teams from across Tatarstan. On April 26, the Republican festival of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" (GTO) among family teams of Tatarstan took place in Nizhnekamsk at the "SIBUR Arena NK" sports complex. The event was dedicated to the Year of Military and Labor Valor. Eleven families from different districts of the republic participated in the festival. The Ivanov family represented the Spassky district: father Andrey, mother Aliya, daughter Yesenia, and grandmother Vera Pavlovna. Participants had to complete a challenging program of tests: pull-ups on a high bar, push-ups, torso lifts from a lying position, standing long jumps, running 30 and 60 meters, forward bends, shooting with electronic weapons, as well as swimming 25 and 50 meters. "The Ivanov family represented the district well at the republican level. Participating in such competitions is already a good experience. We wish them not to stop and to improve their results in the future," commented Tatiana Parfyonova, the administrator of the GTO testing center in the Spassky district.
