In Tatarstan, the number of signed export contracts is increasing thanks to government support.

      In Tatarstan, the number of export contracts concluded by small and medium-sized businesses with government support has increased significantly in the first quarter of 2026. According to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, their number has more than doubled and exceeded ten. Support for entrepreneurs was provided through the Export Support Center of the Non-Profit Microcredit Company "Fund for Entrepreneurship Support of Tatarstan," which is subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the republic. In the first three months of the year, the volume of financial assistance to exporters amounted to about 11 million rubles. Considering non-financial measures, support was provided to about 70 companies focused on foreign markets. The development of exports in the region is facilitated by the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan, its subordinate organizations, as well as the Russian Export Center within the framework of national projects "International Cooperation and Export" and "Effective and Competitive Economy." According to last year's results, more than two thousand enterprises were engaged in export activities in Tatarstan, with 94% of them belonging to small and medium-sized businesses. Additionally, in 2025, a representative office of the Russian Export Center was opened in the republic, which strengthened interaction with exporters and improved the efficiency of supporting foreign economic projects.
