In the first quarter of 2026, employees of the Housing Inspection of the Republic of Tatarstan inspected 557 apartment buildings and identified 1,103 violations of housing legislation. As a result of the raids, 393 protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up, 312 orders were issued, and the total amount of fines exceeded 13 million rubles. The highest number of violations was recorded in the Almetyevsk district (294), followed by Kazan (207) and Naberezhnye Chelny (189). Other problematic areas include the Nizhnekamsk (94), Bugulminsk (55), Zelenodolsk (54), and Chistopol districts. The largest fines were imposed in the Almetyevsk district (about 3 million rubles), in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny — 2.3 million each, in Nizhnekamsk — almost 1.4 million, and in Bugulminsk — about 1.3 million rubles.
