The young guards of Kazan congratulated the medical workers on their professional holiday.

      Activists of the Young Guard of United Russia expressed gratitude to the employees of the Republican Center for Disaster Medicine, congratulating them on Emergency Medical Worker Day and presenting them with sweet treats. "It is very nice that the youth pays such attention to our services, and I hope that in the future we will work together for the benefit of our republic, our country," shared emergency medical technician Aigul Battalova. She also mentioned that the specifics of their service differ from regular emergency medical services in that they respond to incidents with a large number of victims. The service participates in eliminating the consequences of emergencies, major traffic accidents, and also engages in medical evacuation of patients to other cities, such as Moscow and St. Petersburg. Their center also uses a helicopter that evacuates patients to the Republican Clinical Hospital in Kazan. "Emergency medical workers perform extremely important work. We are proud of their efforts and are glad that we can personally congratulate them on this holiday," noted activist Islam Giniyatullin from the Kazan local branch of the Young Guard of United Russia.
