      Even in retirement, she remains an indispensable assistant to her native institution. Minnazaliya Khairullina was born on February 21, 1958, into a large family, where the main character traits of hard work and care for others took root in her heart during her childhood. In her youth, she trained as a builder, but instead of constructing buildings, she was destined to bring order to the Svetloozersk school: from 2000 until 2024, she worked there as a cleaner. Day after day, year after year, she maintained cleanliness within the school walls, where not a speck of dust remained after her efforts, and the air became fresh and light. Every morning, when the students crossed the threshold of their beloved school, they saw her with a bucket and cloth in hand. Minnazaliya Gilmullovna did not lecture the children about the importance of order. She simply created it. Over time, the children themselves noticed: where their cleaner had passed, it was easier to breathe, and studying was more pleasant. Thus, imperceptibly, without moralizing, she instilled in the children's souls the main lesson: work is respected not in words but in deeds, and cleanliness begins with oneself. In 1979, Minnazaliya Khairullina started a family, and with her husband, they raised three sons. The sons—Dinar, Ilnar, and Aidar—became reflections of their mother, equally hardworking, responsible, and active. The eldest, Dinar, works as a mechanic at the Zainsk sugar factory. The middle son, Ilnar, works as a foreman at the Techno factory, while the youngest, Aidar, serves in the fire and rescue unit. All three, like their mother, cannot sit idly by: they help organize rural events and participate in them themselves. Today, Minnazaliya Gilmullovna is already a happy grandmother: five grandsons and two granddaughters eagerly await when she will bake pies or knit warm socks. With the start of the special military operation, she actively helps the servicemen. And here, the numbers truly speak louder than any words: her caring hands have sewn 1,379 pieces of underwear, knitted dozens of pairs of socks, and sewn numerous bags for sending humanitarian aid. In 2024, she retired. But as soon as someone from the staff goes on vacation, Minnazaliya Gilmullovna returns to her familiar corridors to restore order. The school has become not just a workplace for her, but a part of her life. Despite her 68 years, she works more diligently than any young employee. For her, maintaining cleanliness in the school is a sign of respect for the children who come for knowledge and for the teachers who impart that knowledge.
