      One can envy the composure of the employees of the management company "Eibet." They stubbornly ignored the complaints of the residents of house No. 69 on Shinnikov Avenue. From October of last year to March of this year, the owners sent 19 requests to the management company regarding the low temperature of hot water. LLC "Eibet" steadfastly held its ground: no reaction. A resident of the building filed a complaint with the Housing Inspection of Tatarstan. The inspection took place in the presence of employees of the management company and the service provider JSC "Tatenergo" - Nizhnekamsk Thermal Networks. In the applicant's apartment, the temperature of the hot water was only about +51 degrees Celsius, while at the entrance to the house it was +54.88 degrees. This confirmed that "Tatenergo" was providing a service of inadequate quality, for which the organization was fined 40,000 rubles. However, further examination of the daily reports showed that from October of last year to March of this year, the temperature of the hot water at the boiler house outlet met the standards, ranging from +61.92 to +66.72 degrees. This means that the water cooled down on its way to the consumer's apartment, and the reason for this was the inaction of the management company "Eibet," which did not take measures to investigate the causes of the problem for six months.

      As a result of the inspection, LLC "Eibet" was found guilty of an administrative offense and fined 10,000 rubles under part 1 of article 7.23 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation.
