      Our active resident, acting as a public housing inspector, has once again defended his rights. He repeatedly contacted the management company LLC "ZHEU-7" with complaints about problems in the building, submitting official requests. However, instead of prompt resolutions, he faced only silence from the utility workers. The situation reached a critical point when the resident of house No. 47 on Lermontov Street sent three requests to the management company. All of them were registered, but no actions were taken by "ZHEU-7." The dispatcher of the emergency service did not bother to inform the applicant about the timelines for execution; for the second request, information about execution was completely absent, and for the third, concerning communal metering devices, only a formal response was given: "The readings of the collective metering devices are included in the utility bills." Let us remind you that the management organization is obliged to provide written information about the monthly volumes of consumed utility resources and the readings of collective metering devices for the requested periods within three working days from the moment of receiving the request. In addition, information about the readings of collective metering devices for the period of up to three years must also be provided within the established timeframe. The situation was exacerbated by the fact that the employees of "ZHEU-7" refused to provide the housing inspector with the inspection log of the apartment building and the adjacent territory. This log should record all malfunctions, damages, and the technical condition of the building's elements. Despite attempts to evade responsibility, the director of the management company, by writing "I do not agree with the protocol" in the administrative offense protocol, was still held administratively liable. As a result, for inaction and violation of legislation, she was fined 25,000 rubles.
