In Tatarstan, an electronic honor board for the best employees has been created.

      The President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, signed a decree to create an electronic board of honor for the republic. The corresponding decree was published on the RT president's website. It concerns a website featuring the names and photographs of employees who will be recognized for their professional achievements and contributions to the economy and social sphere of the region. The project will be launched at gordost.tatar.ru. The board will serve as a digital equivalent of traditional stands with portraits, but will be updated annually. The list will include employees from enterprises, officials, and budget sector workers. The placement period is one year. Candidates can be nominated by companies, government bodies, and municipalities. The main requirements are at least three years of experience in the industry and no disciplinary sanctions. Additional criteria include high performance indicators, participation in significant projects, implementation of new solutions, mentoring, community and volunteer activity, as well as awards and victories in professional competitions. The selection will take place in several stages. From May 11 to June 11, organizations will determine candidates. Then, they will be sent for approval to municipalities. The final decision will be made locally by the end of July. In August, the data will be uploaded to the website through personal accounts. The board will display photographs and brief information about the employees, taking into account the requirements of the personal data law. Each participant will receive a certificate. Re-nomination is possible no earlier than five years later.

      The creation and operation of the platform will be financed by the regional budget. The Ministry of Labor of Tatarstan is responsible for the methodological part, while the Ministry of Digital Development of the republic is responsible for the technical part.
