More than 10 million people use the "Gosuslugi. My School" service.

The "Gosuslugi. My School" app helps parents and students keep track of the educational process and plan their daily lives. The service was launched as part of the national project "Data Economy" and combines key school and extracurricular tasks in one digital space, making the interaction between family and school more convenient and transparent. Today, more than 10 million people across the country are using it.

With "Gosuslugi. My School," users can check the current schedule, homework, and grades at any time, track academic performance, and understand which subjects need more attention. Statistics on tests and assessments are available, as well as a schedule of upcoming exams, which helps plan the workload in advance. The app displays information about the possibility of grade correction with a deadline, allowing timely improvement of results.

A separate section is dedicated to planning. In the calendar, users can combine academic and personal events, add clubs and tutoring sessions, as well as create to-do lists with time and descriptions. The updated version includes a recurring events feature, which is convenient for regular classes.

The service helps involve the whole family in the educational process. Users can share schedules, assignments, and grades so that everyone is informed, as well as support the child— for example, by praising them directly in the app.

For parents, a regular reporting format is available: every two weeks, a summary with information about grades, absences, tardiness, and the dynamics of the average score is sent.

Additionally, digital tools are available: users can find out the schedule, assignments, and grades using the voice assistant Alice, as well as use the "Where is the child" feature, which allows seeing the child's location on the map with their consent. The service works in both mobile and browser versions and is integrated into the MAX messenger—this allows combining educational materials and communication in one interface.

Users have access to a library of digital educational content curated by teachers: additional assignments, explanations of topics, and educational materials. The content complies with health standards regarding screen time, and the interface is designed with contrast requirements in mind and is easy on the eyes.

The app is free and used at will—it complements existing regional educational solutions. Access to the data is only available to the parent and child, and information from the school is displayed solely with their consent and is not stored in the app itself. The monthly audience is about 5 million users, with up to 1.5 million people using the app daily.
