A session was held at the Moscow District Court in Kazan as part of the School of Management of the Judicial Department in the Republic of Tatarstan.

      The fourth session of the School of Management of the Judicial Department in the Republic of Tatarstan (JSD in RT) for students of the law faculty of KFU took place at the Moscow District Court in Kazan. The deputy chair of the court, Rimma Fathutdinova, and the assistant to the chair of the court, Ilnar Ibyatov, spoke before the students of the School. The event was moderated by the dean of the law faculty of KFU, Andrey Nikitin.

      In her speech, deputy chair of the court Rimma Fathutdinova detailed the history of the court, its powers, territorial jurisdiction, and conducted an engaging tour of the courthouse. During the tour, the students visited the courtrooms, the court office, the departments responsible for criminal, civil, and administrative proceedings, and the court archive. The students showed particular interest in the judges' deliberation rooms and the jury room.

      In the second part of the session, the winner of the Republican competition "Best in Profession" in the nomination "Best Judge's Assistant" – assistant to the chair of the court Ilnar Ibyatov – addressed the students. Ilnar Mukharryamovich highlighted issues related to the formation of the judicial community, as well as the current state and prospects for the development of the judicial system of the Russian Federation.

      During the session, the attendees asked questions and actively participated in the discussion of the topics presented. In particular, the students were interested in the legal positions of judicial workers on issues of extrajudicial appeals, the significance of the decisions of the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the functioning of the GAS "Justice" system, and more. The event concluded with a group photo in the largest courtroom.
