Rustam Minnikhanov noted Irek Boguslavsky's work in supporting the special military operation.
Today, during a working visit to the Rybno-Slobodsky district, the head of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, noted the work of State Duma deputy and founder of the charitable foundation "Nefis," Irek Boguslavsky, in supporting the Special Military Operation (SMO). "They are very helpful in the SMO — well done — here are Samarenkin and Boguslavsky," Minnikhanov said at a meeting with the district's activists. He urged the heads of rural settlements to pay special attention to the families of fallen soldiers. "Our support for both families and humanitarian projects (for the front) is very important," the head added.
At the initiative of Irek Boguslavsky, comprehensive work is underway to assist the front, new regions, and the families of SMO participants. Since December 2023, the charitable foundation "Nefis" has been providing essential goods to the families of fallen SMO participants from Tatarstan. Every six months, each member of these families receives a large set of food and household chemicals. Starting in mid-2024, humanitarian packages will also be sent to the families of soldiers who have received disabilities of groups I and II. In total, over 2,000 tons of aid have been delivered during five phases of the charitable campaign.
Since December of last year, a committee to support the families of SMO participants has been operating under the "Nefis" foundation. It assists in resolving legal issues, provides help with employment, obtaining medical assistance, etc.
In February 2025, the "Nefis" foundation donated 10 cars to Tatarstan servicemen who returned home after severe injuries. In 2014, Irek Boguslavsky was among the first to initiate support for newly annexed regions of the Russian Federation and evacuated residents, and since the beginning of the special operation, for the affected border areas. During the SMO, over 819 tons of humanitarian aid have been delivered to these regions.
During the partial mobilization, at the initiative of Irek Boguslavsky, a laundry complex was built at the Kazan tank training ground. Equipment and supplies have been sent multiple times for the needs of servicemen.
