Exam at Bugulma Agricultural College
On May 12, 2026, the GAPOU "Bugulmin Agricultural College" conducted an exam for the right to operate self-propelled machines of categories "AI, AII, B, C, D, E, F," together with the state engineer-inspector of the State Technical Supervision Department of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Bugulma municipal district and the city of Bugulma, S. A. Popov. Representatives of the educational institution responsible for training and retraining individuals for obtaining the right to operate self-propelled machines were present at the exam. The results of the exam were recorded in the protocol. Out of 16 declared candidates: 6 did not show up for the exam, and 4 did not pass the exam. The remaining candidates successfully passed the test. After successfully passing the exam, the candidate must contact the State Technical Supervision to obtain a certificate. The document is issued for a period of 10 years, after which it must be replaced. All attendees were provided with information about the possibility of applying for the issuance and replacement of the tractor driver-machine operator certificate through the "Gosuslugi" portal (state services of the Russian Federation). Also, last week, the President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, visited the Bugulma district on a working visit, where he got acquainted with the progress of spring fieldwork. He was accompanied on the trip by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov and the Head of the Bugulma district Damir Fattakhov. At a meeting with farm leaders and heads of rural settlements, the current situation in the fields was discussed. According to the Head of the district, the sowing campaign is going well, with about 220 people and 150 units of equipment involved in fieldwork. Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized the importance of timely completion of spring fieldwork. He also noted the priority of supporting the families of participants in the special military operation, especially the families of fallen soldiers. The President of the Republic assured that all republican programs aimed at improving the quality of life in the districts will continue.
