      In Naberezhnye Chelny this year, the city bathhouse in the GES settlement will undergo a major renovation. The project envisions the transformation of the outdated facility into a modern multifunctional spa center. Currently, the demolition and preparatory work at the site is 70% complete, roof repairs are at 24%, and work on engineering networks and finishing is at 10%. According to the city administration, the design project emphasizes vibrant, "breathable" textures. Wood and stone have been chosen as the main accents: they soften the geometry of the space, add depth to the color, and create an intimate, cozy, and visually stable interior. The major renovation includes updating the facade and entrance groups, replacing the roof, electrical installation work, as well as modernizing water supply, sewage, heating, and ventilation systems. Additionally, the installation of air conditioning, the organization of an accessible environment for people with limited mobility, and the installation of a light sign are planned. A cafeteria is planned to be located on the first floor. The city bathhouse was built in 1974, with a construction area of over 2,000 square meters.
