Over the years, Badreev oversaw issues of social support for the population, state guarantees, labor, and employment. In 2008, he took the position of deputy head of the social development department of the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, and from July 2010, he headed the social development department of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan. In 2024, he took the post of acting head of the Registry Office of Tatarstan. As noted by sources from our newspaper, he was held in high regard in the government.
