In college, experiments and unconventional approaches are welcomed, which is why the defense of individual projects this year took place in a special format. Who are the mentors? Bachelor students who are still grappling with the fundamentals of science. Who are the mentees? Talented college students. Who is the process leader? The unwavering captain of the ship — the head of the marketing and management department, Yusupova Gulnara Rinatovna! It seems strange to entrust teaching to those who have only recently started learning themselves. The outcome exceeded all expectations: we saw wonderful, profound, and most importantly — creative projects. The college students demonstrated incredible abilities, and our bachelor students revealed themselves as sensitive and talented mentors. It was an invaluable experience! A huge thank you to all participants in this experiment. You proved that the synergy of juniors and seniors is a strength!
