The competitive selection for forming a delegation from the Republic of Tatarstan for the International Children's Cultural Forum is underway.

      From August 20 to 22, 2026, the International Children's Cultural Forum will take place in Moscow. To form a delegation from the Republic of Tatarstan to participate in the Forum, a competitive selection will be held from May 5 to May 20, 2026. The objectives of the Competitive Selection are:

      − to select candidates demonstrating outstanding creative abilities, individual performance style, high communication skills, and independence;

      − to assess the motivation of participants and their readiness for professional and creative development within the thematic areas of the Forum;

      − to create conditions for children's self-realization through the development of project initiatives aimed at strengthening the cultural unity of the peoples of Russia.

      The thematic areas of the Competitive Selection are:

      − Choreography;

      − Music;

      − Theater and Circus;

      − Museums and Fine Arts;

      − Cinema and Animation;

      − Literature and Journalism.

      Students of general educational organizations, additional education organizations, and secondary vocational education organizations from the Republic of Tatarstan, aged from 12 to 17 years as of August 22, 2026, are eligible to participate in the Competitive Selection. Applications and a package of documents for participation in the Competitive Selection must be sent by May 18, 2026, to the email address of the State Budgetary Institution "Tatkultresurscenter": ceninnovat@yandex.ru

      To participate in the Competitive Selection, the following must be provided:

      − application form according to the form in Appendix 1 to this Regulation;

      − consent to the processing of personal data according to the form in Appendix 2 to this Regulation;

      − portfolio of achievements in the chosen area for the past year (scan copies of diplomas, certificates, and awards from international, all-Russian, and regional competitions, festivals, and reviews);

      − motivational essay, including answers to the questions: "Why do I want to participate in the Forum?", "How do I plan to develop further in the chosen direction?"; a brief description of the project initiative dedicated to the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia (the initiative should aim at creating, preserving, or popularizing cultural values and strengthening interethnic unity. The description should include the target audience, goal, brief implementation plan, and expected results. Requirements for the essay: no more than 2 pages of printed text, Times New Roman font, 14-point size.
